On 18 March 1961 Audrey Hepburn and her husband Mel Ferrer are photographed by Marcello Geppetti at Campidoglio in Rome.
Audrey Hepburn met the actor Mel Ferrer at a party hosted by Gregory Peck (actress’s partner in Roman Holiday, 1953). Audrey had seen him in the movie “Lili” and she was impressed by his performance. Some time after the party, Ferrer sent to Hepburn the script of the play “Ondine” which worked together. In September 1954 the two actors got married and in 1960 was born the son Sean.
