Jayne Mansfield had left behind her love story with Mickey Hargitay (bodybuilder of Hungarian origins and former Mister Universe of 1955) and had engaged to another man. In fact, in the romantic photo, we can see the actress writing on the stone her name and that of her beloved Nelson.
