In November 1961 Marcello Geppetti photographs Monica Vitti and Michelangelo Antonioni at Quirino Theatre during a gala.

In 1960, the italian actress had an important artistic and sentimental relashionship with the director.

Monica Vitti was the Michelangelo Antonioni muse. In fact,  she was the main  character of the famous  “tetralogy of incommunicability” composed of  “The Adventure”,  “The Night” and “The Eclipse”.
