Richard Burton and Liz Taylor on the terrace of a villa, where there was holding a press conference.
The couple got married on March 15th, 1964 after the scandal that had seen them while shooting the movie “Cleopatra” with the historic kiss on the yacht to Ischia by Geppetti. From that moment on, their love story will no longer live in hiding but, on the contrary, will followed by the whole world. Their marriage was very contrasted: they parted in 1974 and remarried after a year, until reaching the final divorce of 1976.
