Description

Vittorio Gassman and Nadja Tiller are seated at the table of the well-known restaurant “Le grotte del piccione” in Via Veneto and they are shooting the film “Anima Nera” by Roberto Rossellini. The film tells the story of Adriano (Vittorio Gassman) and his wife Marcella (Annette Vadim), struggling with the legacy of a Turin noble. Rossellini’s work, based on the play of the same name by Giuseppe Patroni Griffi, however, did not receive a great reception from critics.
